Add some sugar, not spice
Add some water and some ice

Father’s Day
I’m writing a poem on how much my dad is special.
Dad is special when he
is patient
when he
takes me in the forest
when he
takes us to the beach he digs holes with me and we see creatures swimming around

It is one of my uncle and aunt’s 25th wedding anniversary and I am writing a poem for them

can take
some cake and
eat it by the lake while
a bird flies by. You’ve been
married so long, how about taking
a break and watching tv. Two children all
grown up and you can watch the deep blue sky
and see a butterfly flutter by, while you finish your cake
all together.
